• A $100 retainer is required to officially reserve your date. This is non-refundable.

• Bookings are secured for HairstylesCo. as a team, not a specific stylist, unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Dates are not held without a completed booking

• All balances must be paid by the due dates outlined in your agreement

• Late payments may affect your scheduled services

• Cash payments should be prepared in advance on the wedding day for a smooth start

• Final number of services is due 30 days prior to your event

• After this date, changes are not guaranteed and are based on availability

• You are responsible for all confirmed services, regardless of attendance

• A detailed timeline will be created to ensure everyone is ready on time

• Clients and attendants must be ready at their scheduled time

• Delays may result in:

  • shortened services

  • simplified styles

  • or incomplete services

• Services conclude at the scheduled departure time, regardless of completion status

• Timeline overages may result in additional fees

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing

• Payments made are applied toward:

  • time reserved

  • preparation and planning

  • business declined

• In the event of cancellation, retained amounts will reflect a reasonable estimate of services and losses, not a penalty

• All payments for Services that have been rendered, performed, or completed are non-refundable, as such amounts represent compensation for work already provided.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed

• Clients and attendants must be ready at scheduled times

• Delays may result in:

  • shortened services

  • incomplete styling

• Full payment remains required for booked services regardless of delays

• Missed or skipped services are non-refundable

• Full payment remains required for all booked services

• In the rare event of illness or emergency, every effort will be made to:

  • provide a qualified replacement stylist from our team

  • maintain your scheduled services

• If services are completed by a replacement or support stylist, this is considered full fulfillment of your booking

• If a portion of services cannot be completed, refunds are issued proportionally for services not performed

• If a member of your party cannot receive services due to illness or emergency:

  • please notify us as soon as possible

  • we will do our best to adjust timing where feasible

• Due to scheduling limitations, all booked services remain payable due to the time set aside

To ensure the best experience, the client must provide:

• Indoor styling space

• Adequate lighting (natural light preferred)

• Climate control (heat/AC depending on season)

• Safe and accessible electrical outlets

Services may be paused or adjusted if conditions are not suitable.

• A respectful and safe working environment is required at all times

• Services may be paused or discontinued if:

  • unsafe conditions arise

  • harassment or inappropriate behavior occurs

• In such cases, all payments remain payable

• Travel fees apply based on distance from your hairstylists home address

• Changes to the getting-ready location may:

  • increase travel fees

  • affect scheduling or availability

• By booking, you acknowledge familiarity with our work and aesthetic

• Styling is performed using professional and artistic judgment

• Results may vary based on hair type, environment, and timing

• If you prefer to keep your day private, just let us know ahead of time

• Email is our primary form of communication to ensure everything is clearly documented and organized

• No fees are intended as penalties, only as reasonable compensation for reserved time and services
